1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CohandlerAI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using CohandlerAI on behalf of a dental practice or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CohandlerAI provides an AI-powered receptionist platform for dental clinics, including:

24/7 AI phone answering and call handling
Automated appointment booking and management
Unified inbox for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs
Analytics dashboard with call transcripts and conversion tracking
Integration with dental practice management systems

3. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription Plans

After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.

Payment

All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP for UK clients and USD for US clients. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans remain active until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access our AI systems or source code
Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
Share account credentials with unauthorised personnel outside your clinic
Misrepresent your identity or your practice during the onboarding process

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, and technology underlying CohandlerAI are the exclusive property of CohandlerAI and its licensors. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform, including patient call data and clinic information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CohandlerAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK clients, and the laws of the State of Delaware for US clients, without regard to conflict of law principles.
